Brad Carter x Ministry of Sound

To celebrate 35 years of Ministry of Sound and a huge refurbishment of The Box, the club put on a dinner for 30 of the UK’s top music press and journalists. The menu by Brad Carter, celebrated 35 years of electronic music, with courses inspired by different genres taking the guests on a journey through dance music as they ate. Brad worked in collaboration with Ralph Lawson, who created a playlist to match the genres as the guests moved through the menu.
