Beat Hotel 2023

Curated the food program for Beat Hotel, Ibiza. Working with a number of venues from The Standard to Las Mimosas, we developed a series of dinners and poolside BBQ’s for guests at the festival. All events ran alongside a specialised cocktail menu from Patron, who were the official partners of the event. Chefs included Brad Carter, Richard Turner and the team from Casa Maca, a famous Ibizan property.
